Meet our Founders
ACES was born out of a deep recognition: while educating young children for nearly two decades was fulfilling, the need for real, urgent change extends far beyond the walls of a classroom. The Philippines faces a crisis—not just in education, but in the way people think, lead, and take responsibility for shaping the future. We saw an opportunity to make a greater impact, not just by teaching students, but by empowering leaders, professionals, and organizations to drive meaningful change.
With years of experience running schools, leading a college, and working within our community, we’ve come to understand that leadership isn’t just about knowledge—it’s about having the integrity, purpose, and values to respond to the pressing challenges of our time. We believe that true leadership is cultivated through continuous learning, self-reflection, and a commitment to excellence.
